Habitat for Humanity ReStore

  • Accepts: Furniture, small/large appliances, building materials, household goods, electronics, vehicles

  • Pickup: Yes (by appointment for large furniture and appliances)

  • Drop-off: Yes (various locations)

  • Donation Days: Daily; check Website for hours

  • Restrictions: Items should be in good, usable condition

Dress for Success

  • Accepts: Professional women’s clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry, and unopened toiletries or cosmetics

  • Pickup: No

  • Drop-off: Yes 

  • Donation Days: The Third Friday of every month from 10am to 1pm

  • Restrictions: Max of 20 like-new professional attire items per donation

  • Accepts: Clothing, household items, small furniture, appliances

  • Donation Days: Monday – Saturday from 10am – 5:30pm

SAFE Alliance

  • Accepts: Clothing, basic needs, household items, baby gear, furniture

  • Pickup: No

  • Drop-off: Yes (for large items, call ahead)

  • Donation Days: Monday – Friday, and the 3rd Saturday of the month from 10am to 4pm

  • Restrictions: Items should be in good, usable condition

  • Restrictions: No raw meat, alcohol, catering trays, expired food or opened items

Austin Pets Alive

  • Accepts: Towels/blankets, pet beds, crates, pet/human medication, unopened cat/dog food

  • Pickup: No

  • Drop-off: Yes 

  • Donation Days: Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm

  • Restrictions: Opened food/treat items, plastic bowls, toys and litter boxes, Retractable leashes, flexi leads, chain collars.

Recycle & Reuse Drop-off Center

  • Accepts: Electronics (TVs, computers, phones), chemicals, batteries, light bulbs, scrap metal, and more

  • Restrictions: Fees apply for tire drop-off. Fees apply if you do not live in Austin or Travis County.
